Our parent company, Quanzhou Junke Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., was established in 2006 and has over 18 years of dedicated experience in bag manufacturing. We also own several eco-friendly bag brands, including greentaya, kabaqoo, ecosmile, and greenjoy. The Junco website features a wide range of fashion-forward products, including anime-inspired bags, “ita bags,” and a full spectrum of other bag categories such as school bags, gym bags, and tote bags.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

A. Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any designs, images, text, or other content (“User Content”) you upload, submit, or create using our DIY customization tools. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms.

B. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, submit, or create any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
